Thompson Savannah

This 193-key Thompson Hotel is located adjacent to Historic Downtown Savannah along the banks of the Savannah River. The project, which is part of the larger 54-acre Eastern Wharf mixed-use development, is the tallest recent development in the City of Savannah and features more than 8,000 SF of versatile meeting space, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and more than 8,000 SF of outdoor space including an expansive terrace pool. Thompson Buckhead

Regent Partners recently opened a 201-key Thompson Hotel located within the luxurious Buckhead Village district. The Hotel features an elevated food and beverage program highlighted by a signature, chef-driven restaurant, lobby bar and cafe, rooftop pool with food and beverage service, and a rooftop bar with expansive, unobstructed views of Atlanta’s skyline. The hotel also offers more than 8,000 SF of flexible meeting space and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

The Westin Alexandria

Franklin Marriott Cool Springs

The Franklin Marriott Cool Springs opened for business in Franklin, TN in 1999. The hotel and conference center was developed as a public-private venture with the city of Franklin.

Regent developed the 11-story, 300-room hotel and 29,000 square foot conference center in conjunction with Stormont Trice Development Corporation.

Sugarland Marriott

Located in the Houston area, Regent began development of the $ Sugar Land Marriott Hotel and Sugar Land Conference center in 2002.

Designed as a public-private partnership with Stormont Hospitality Group, LLC of Atlanta, Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc., and
the city of Sugar Land, the 300 room hotel had its grand opening in the fall of 2003.

Hyatt Regency

Designed as a public-private venture with the city of Wichita, the 303 room Hyatt Regency Wichita opened for business in Wichita, KS in 1997.

Regent developed the hotel in cooperation with Stormont Trice Development Corporation.
In addition to its location advantage, the Hyatt Regency Wichita is physically connected to the 721,000 square foot Century II Performing Arts and Convention Center.

Hilton Garden Inn CT

The first of two joint ventures with Winston Hotels Inc. (NYSE: WXH), Regent, as a general partner began the development of the 158-room Windsor Hilton Garden Inn in 1999, opening the doors to the new hotel in 2000.
The Windsor Hilton is located in Windsor, a northern suburb of Hartford, Connecticut.

Marriott Courtyard

Co-developed by Regent Partners, the 181-room, 10-story hotel is conveniently located in the prestigious Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA. Situated within Tower Place, the hotel amenities include a restaurant, cocktail lounge, pool and exercise room.

Wyndham Garden

Subsequent to its acquisition of Tower Place, Regent Partners redeveloped the Wyndham Garden Hotel, located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA. The 221 room hotel was later sold and rebranded as a Doubletree Hotel.
